Text mining using F-TF-IDF-C was conducted on title of 7 692 publications related to valorization of organic residues in low and middle-income country. Experts then conducted annotation by relevance on candidate terms following two guides to determine whether the term is off topic or not. This dataset contains one table file of the initial corpus (Initial_Corpus_References.xlsx), one table with all extracted terms from text mining (Extracted_Term.xlsx), one document file with the two annotation guidelines (Annotation_guideline.pdf), and a last table file with the evaluated terms (Pertinent_Term.xlsx).
