This research examined the role of work-life integration and gender norms on entrepreneurial Identity. Using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 300 male and female respondents from diverse sectors in the Greater Accra region. The results show that work-life integration has a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurial Identity but gender norms have a negative effect both directly and through interaction with work-life integration. The results point to the need for theoretical views that explain the role of individual experiences of role balance and normative pressures in entrepreneurial outcomes.
