From-scratch NumPy/SciPy implementation of a YIN-style pitch tracker, a folded pitch histogram in cents, an equal-temperament index, a tonic-independent circular autocorrelation for measuring neutral ("blue") thirds, and a spectral-flux pulse-salience measure. Supports the acoustic appendix of a study of the African origins of jazz. Includes a synthetic-signal validation harness requiring no audio, and a table of parameters as run. No audio is distributed; rights in the recordings rest with others.
