This data set contains data generated from studies in nine (9) selected accessions of African Yam Bean [Sphenostylis stenocarpa (Hochst. ex A. Rich.) Harms] conducted at the University of Calabar, Nigeria. The set contains data of physiology and stress-antioxidant studies. Drought stress response index from the physiology and antioxidant data was also calculated and added to the dataset.
