AfroGlia Atlas: country-level exposome indicators for Africa

The AfroGlia Atlas compiles country-level environmental and social exposure indicators for 42 African countries and scores them for reading alongside brain health. Each of the eight scored components is normalised against a fixed reference range anchored to a published benchmark: the WHO Air Quality Guideline, the Paris 2 °C bound, gender parity, and the UN-Habitat open-space range, rather than against the other countries in the set. Higher always means more favourable conditions. Because the anchors are absolute, a score means the same thing from one release to the next, and no country's score moves when other countries are added or removed. The Exposome Score is the mean of the component scores; where a component is missing for a country, it is excluded rather than imputed, and the country record names the exclusions. Released as plain JSON with a manifest describing methodology, limitations and per-indicator sources. Every indicator ships with its unit, its provider, its reference range and the reasoning behind that range.
