Initial release of the reproducibility package for the manuscript: "Exploring malaria patterns in Mozambique: a subnational data-driven analysis of spatial and seasonal transmission heterogeneity (2017–2023)." This repository contains the organised R scripts and documentation required to reproduce the figures, tables, and numerical results reported in the manuscript. Restricted routine malaria surveillance, entomological, insecticide-resistance, health-facility, and intervention datasets provided by the National Malaria Control Programme of Mozambique are not included.
