Analysing Conflict Event Data across Ethiopian Localities

Code, analysis data and results for a study of civilian harm in Ethiopian localities, 2020 to 2025, built on ACLED event records. The manuscript is not deposited here. The study represents each locality's episode of conflict as an ordered sequence of states, each state a kind of event paired with a band of its severity, and asks where in that sequence civilians come to harm. Everything the paper reports can be rebuilt from this deposit.
