This repository contains R code for analyzing and visualizing cervical cancer epidemiology and intervention coverage across African countries. The code generates bar charts, pie charts, and choropleth maps showing prevalence, incidence, mortality, HPV vaccine introduction status, Gavi support eligibility, and HPV testing techniques. This analysis supports a manuscript currently under peer review.
