This repository contains the analysis code used for the statistical analyses and figures reported in the study “Systemic inflammatory markers are associated with drug-resistant pediatric epilepsy in Ghanaian children.” The repository includes scripts for descriptive and group comparisons, seizure-severity analyses, current antiseizure medication analyses, multivariable modelling, sensitivity analyses, figure generation, and validation, together with documentation of the computational environment and analysis decisions. Participant-level clinical data are not included because of ethical, confidentiality, and institutional data-governance requirements.
