The evolution of library services in this present dispensation depends largely on Artificial Intelligence. Especially as library environment, patrons and the technological landscape is constantly experiencing change. Nigerian libraries, in order to keep up with emerging technologies and better deliver effective information services to their technologically savvy users, have integrated the use of artificial intelligence into library daily operations and information service delivery. This study review deployment and usage of artificial intelligence in Nigerian libraries, the challenges that militate against the sustainability and ways to sustain its usage in Nigerian libraries
