These are 196 African yambean accessions collection SNP data. GBS SNP data and yield-traits data were generated by the Genetic Resouces Center, International Inst. of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan, Nigeria. Yield trait data was generated using multiyear and multilocation replicated field trials at three different IITA research farms.
