Since the 1980s, the process of lexical enrichment in Bamanankan began when the speakers of the language first witnessed the emergence of metalanguages: wale (verb), kumasen (sentence), ... These terms came out to be established, since they became familiar to any graduate of literacy centers. In addition to metalanguages, physics is a field where concepts may lack Bamanan names. In this regard, this article focuses on the Bamanankan terminology for concepts related to the solar system. The objective is to facilitate the teaching of physics in Bamanankan by making Bamanankan names available for basic concepts. To this end, the methodological framework adopted in this work is structured in two phases. Firstly, the framework sought to identify concepts related to the solar system that already had Bamanan names in order to incorporate these names in the teaching process. Furthermore, when discovering concepts lacking a name in the language, a name is assigned to them in accordance with the indigenous naming conventions available in Bamanankan. The second framework of the methodology required gathering existing names before the researcher's in-person intervention, using appropriate procedures.
