The study demonstrates that a large language model improved the accuracy, empathy, and trustworthiness of responses by frontline health workers in Nigeria. These results highlight the potential of LLM integration to strengthen healthcare delivery in resource-limited settings and emphasize the need for further research on safe, equitable, and effective implementation.
