<b>Using GIS Dashboards to highlight AMR data disparities in Africa for policy, research, and public health</b>

Folder: Data

This folder contains the datasets used for generating the dashboards, spatial visualizations, and heatmaps presented in the manuscript.

Files Included

• Africa_AMR_Public_Private_data.csv
  Summary dataset integrating public and private antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance data across African countries and years. This dataset was used to generate the interactive GIS dashboards presented in Figures 1 and 3. The dataset contains aggregated country-level and year-level isolate counts derived from both public and private surveillance sources.
• resistance_summaries_by_country_year_pathogen_data.xlsx
  Aggregated resistance summary dataset containing country-, year-, pathogen-, and antibiotic-level resistance information derived from the integrated public and private AMR datasets. This dataset was used to generate the heatmap presented in Figure 4.
• Published_Papers_data.xlsx
  Dataset compiled from published AMR research studies across Africa. This dataset was used to generate the dashboard presented in Figure 5.

Additional Notes

The datasets used for Figures 1, 3, and 4 represent summarized and aggregated outputs derived from the integrated public and private AMR surveillance datasets. Access to the original ATLAS dataset remains restricted according to ATLAS data access policies; therefore, only derived summary datasets are provided in this repository. The ATLAS restricted dataset contributed specifically to the analyses and dashboards presented in Figure 3.

This folder contains the supplementary tables associated with the manuscript.
