A retrospective, baseline, two-stage, regional-level vaccination coverage cluster survey was carried out in 16 woredas in the Amhara, Oromia, and Somali regions of Ethiopia. Coverage data were collected in line with the WHO Coverage Cluster Surveys: Reference Manual (2021) guidance. The study population was children aged 12–35 months (on 30 June 2024) and their caregivers. This dataset includes data from the baseline caregiver survey and includes demographic data, cluster weighting, and information on six (reported across seven variables) key performance indicators representing caregivers beliefs, experiences, intention, and decision-making regarding childhood vaccination.
