Bayesian capture-recapture density analysis of three large African carnivores in Madikwe Game Reserve: R code and data

The following capture histories are the result of collating three camera trap survey methods over an 8-month period. The events were condensed to produce 36 capture occasions from 249 capture occasions to account for individuals remaining at baited sites for extended periods. Focal species are leopards, Panther pardus (Table 1), spotted hyaena, Crocuta crocuta, (Table 2), and brown hyaena, Parahyaena brunnea (Table 3).
