New in this version (DE + EN parallel rewrite): Integration of Paper 8 v3 findings. Two forest-water mechanisms are now quantified as Northern-Hemisphere-specific contributors: the Amazon-jet-stream cascade (PCMCI+, ~16 % of the 2003–2024 warming-divergence increment, directionally proven) and the Central European evapotranspiration tipping point (three-region regression + 75-year ERA5 reconstruction, ~57 % of the increment, currently dominant magnitude). Both share the same physics — root-zone water buffer feeds stomatal regulation feeds surface cooling — but operate in different phases of the same tipping trajectory. Europe is quantitatively co-cause of accelerated NH warming, not only victim. Groundwater restoration identified as the currently dominant actionable lever for European climate policy.

Plain-language pass: technical acronyms (NH/SH, STJ, ET, BVOC, CCN, OLS, GHG) systematically replaced by German/English readable equivalents. §11 consolidated — three overlapping subsections reduced to two (context + regional attribution). Overclaimed numbers corrected (r=−0.45 partial for West Africa → Europe, not "β=−0.40 directionally attributed"). All 30.2 % / 69.8 % rounded to ~30 % / ~70 % with ±5–8 % CI.
