This is a dataset of a study conducted in Northern Ghana on Complementary Feeding Practices among mothers with a child age 6-23 months. The study was cross-sectional and the data collection lasted for approximately 4 weeks.  The main variables covered in the dataset include: Complementary feeding initiation, dietary diversity, meal frequency, and maternal and child socio-demographic characteristics.
