The effect of change management strategies on employees' performance in selected ministries in Osun State, Nigeria, was studied. Data is obtained by using a structured questionnaire. Purposive sampling was used for selecting 5 ministries and simple random sampling was used for selecting 347 respondents. Path analysis, using the PA-SEM framework, is conducted using STATA version 15. The results showed that the impact of the technological change is significant and positive on the performance of employees. The results also revealed a significant interlinkage between leadership change and employees' performance, which means that the effective change of leadership improves the sharing of information, specialization of jobs, commitment of employees, and performance. Further, it was observed that organizational structure change had a significant impact on the employees' performance. In the same way, organizational culture change have a significant and positive impact on the performance of employees. The study emphasized that change management strategies are important predictors of public sector ministries employees’ performance. It, thus, recommends to the policy makers and directors in ministries in Osun State to adopt effective change management practices, particularly technology, leadership, organizational structure and culture to enhance productivity, efficiency, accountability and public service delivery.
