This dataset contains integrated measurements of soil chemistry, soil enzyme activities, greenhouse gas fluxes, nutrient leaching, plant functional traits (root, leaf, and stem), isotopic signatures, and environmental drivers collected from multiple ecosystems along the elevational gradient of Mount Kilimanjaro (Tanzania). The data was used to produce results of the paper intitled 'Climate and plant strategies explain soil functional axes and multifunctionality across a pan-biome gradient'.
