The paper began by taking a look at the general concept of IoT, what it entails and how the autonomous sensors and actuators are coordinated through special communications protocols. Related works in healthcare IoT system came in handy in determining the direction of this research. Healthcare solutions are usually time critical tasks, therefore the need for timely response of changes in human system. Healthcare solution of interest to this research is formulated around the deadly scourge of Hepatitis disease. Hepatitis is curable but only when it is detected within the first four months of its invasion into human system, otherwise when it stays undetected for longer period it degenerates into irreversible cancer of the lever commonly known as Liver Cirrhosis or Hepatocellular carcinoma. Hence, non-invasive Hepatitis biosensors are explored for implementation driven through IoT cloud technology architecture for timely diagnosis of the ailment to mitigate its danger. The research sought for details on hepatitis screening process by conducting a survey of eminent hospitals in the metropolis of Jos, the capital of Plateau State, Nigeria. A conclusion was drawn by recommending the adoption of the designed architecture by technology companies to come up with wearable for Hepatitis diagnosis along numerous recommendations on medical best practices around hepatitis mitigation and treatment.
