This is a short, narrative, audio recording in which Sayato Nuiyu describes the process of making coconut sago, a very typical dish in Upiara. She describes how to prepare the oven and the ingredients, as well as the order in which to cook and combine the ingredients. The recording was made outside of the Tilisim residence. Transcription, translation, and discussion of individual word glosses were done by hand in a field notebook, and later entered into ELAN.
