Durum wheat accessions were assessed for Puccinia striiformis (yellow rust), and a subset demonstrated stable resistance, offering valuable material for Mediterranean breeding programmes. CREA-CI (Italy) Pathogens: Wheat – yellow rust 999 accessions across four locations, with ~300 spring lines additionally tested under irrigated vs non-irrigated regimes. Field scoring complemented by UAV imaging. These results contribute to the AGENT phenotypic atlas and support breeding for disease resistance.
