This repository contains cleaned datasets, analysis code, and reproduction materials for "A Multi-site Laboratory Evaluation of the MEDSCAN (Mobile-Enabled Diagnostics for Schistosomiasis Control Analytics) Application for Automated POC-CCA Interpretation".Contents:- Cleaned MEDSCAN dataset: observations from smartphone-based lateral flow assay image analysis across 3 sites (KEMRI, LUMC, VU) with 9 users and multiple device types- Cleaned lateral flow reader (LFR) dataset: observations from benchtop lateral flow reader measurements- Python script (generate_figures.py) to reproduce all publication figures and statistical analyses- 7 figures (Figure 4, Figure 5, SI Figures 1-5)- Complete statistical results including ROC analyses, Cohen's Kappa agreement metrics, and intraclass correlation coefficientsData format: Parquet and CSVCode: Python 3.9+ (requirements.txt included)Users are identified by de-identified codes (e.g., "KEMRI-1", "LUMC-2").This package enables full reproduction of the statistical analyses and figures presented in the manuscript.
