(2023) Data included: Estimation data for the sample selection stochastic frontier and it's ancillary model, and the meta-frontier model: LIM_B6_2.csv Code included: SSFA_Estimation.lim - code to estimate the sample selection stochastic production frontier and it's ancillary model (control function approach). LIMDEP/NLOGIT is required for the estimation Meta_frontier_RM&TE.R - code to estimate the meta-frontier using linear programming in R.
