Shared here are data and code supporting the manuscript: "Interepidemic Rift Valley fever in East Africa: The recent risk landscape and projected impacts of global change." Explanation of the project files and workflow is provided in the README file included here and on the project's GitHub repository. Many intermediate and supplementary files that were excluded from the GitHub repository due to space limitations are included here. Notably, processed raster data necessary to recreate project analyses (i.e., raster data cropped to the study region extent and converted to 2.5 arcminute resolution) are provided for all relevant predictor variables. However, due to their extremely large sizes, some raw raster data are still excluded from this repository. Sources for these raw raster data are provided in the project README and described in the manuscript. Note the large size of these project files: the full repository uploaded here will be ~42 GB uncompressed.
