Data and complete R workflow for: Distinct coastal and montane plant assemblages in Algerian juniper woodlands

This archive contains the primary data, complete portable R workflow, and validated analytical outputs associated with the manuscript “Distinct coastal and montane plant assemblages in Algerian juniper woodlands: high turnover and implications for conservation monitoring”, prepared for submission to Plant Ecology and Evolution. The package includes the primary vegetation dataset (Data.xlsx), station metadata (Station Table.csv), the consolidated analysis script (analyse_juniperaies_MASTER.R), the canonical Indicator Value results (IndVal 320 taxa.csv), R session information, and the complete validated outputs of the final master run. The workflow covers data validation, floristic and biogeographical analyses, diversity analyses, clustering, ordination, indicator-species analysis, environmental comparisons, and manuscript-level quality-control checks. The archived master run completed successfully, and all 75 predefined checks against values reported in the final manuscript passed. The ZIP archive also contains a README with the complete file inventory, execution instructions, software requirements, validation status, and analytical scope.
