This dataset contains the raw spatial baselines, simulated scenario projections, intermediary network models, and final tabular metrics used to evaluate how changing land tenure policies and target conservation interventions alter the long-term regenerative capacity of semi-arid multifunctional landscapes. Focused on Narok County, southern Kenya, the study simulates land use and land cover (LULC) trajectories across a multi-decadal horizon under competing governance rules: community group ranching (trad) versus individual land parcel privatization (priv). By pairing macroeconomic quantities of land demand (parameterized through customized Markov transition matrices) with localized policy multiplier rules (incentives, disincentives, and strict legal exclusions), these layers map out how spatial configurations reorganize under alternative management and policies. This data serves as an indicator toolkit for adaptive, tenure-aware conservation planning in highly dynamic landscapes.
