Data on review of Zoonotic Disease Research in East Africa

Two datasets on zoonotic disease research in East Africa: The first dataset 1 (A1: Zoonotic Disease Research in East Africa_publications.csv) contains all published articles on zoonotic diseases in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda and Ethiopia for the period between 1920 - 2017. The second dataset (A2: Zoonotic Disease Research in Kenya_Theses.csv) contains records of all theses submitted to five major universities in Kenya for the period 1970 - 2016.
