The notebooks in this repository are used for the main analysis and figure generation:

• Data Zip folder: Contains all the processed data need to reproduce the work.

• Main_figures.ipynb: Code for the main analysis and for generating figures in the main manuscript, except Figure 2i-p and Figure 8.

• Supp_Figures.ipynb: Code for generating figures in the supplementary information, except Figures S7, S8, and S24-S26.

• rx1day_GWL_table.ipynb: Code for the supplementary information Table S3.

• Exposure.ipynb: Code for the exposure analysis and for generating Figure 8 and Figures S24-S26.
