This repository contains the supplementary dataset associated with the study on AI-driven project management adoption in Ghanaian real estate startups.

The dataset consists of survey responses collected from 360 participants and includes variables related to strategic enablers, AI integration capability, decision-making efficiency, risk assessment, scheduling optimisation, cost management, project scalability, and project performance.
