This dataset comprises anonymised interview and focus group transcripts from a qualitative doctoral study on how a mainstream secondary school in Cameroon responds to student diversity to foster inclusive practice. Data were gathered through individual interviews with students, parents, and teachers, and focus group discussions with parents and subject teachers, set against the backdrop of the Anglophone crisis in Cameroon's Northwest region. All names, the school's identity, and other identifying details have been removed or replaced with participant codes.
