This study looks at sustainability in compulsory acquisition and compensation valuations in Nigeria. It uses a systematic literature review and thematic analysis of relevant studies to reach its findings and conclusion. The dataset includes the comprehensive thematic analysis, which was too voluminous to be included in the main article publication. Also, it contains screenshot evidence of article searches done on ScienceDirect and Scopus databases.
