This presents an anonymized maternal care dataset consisting of 5,000 anonymized records from 4 selected healthcare facilities in Tigray Region, Ethiopia; alongside an explanation of the developed system architecture and its bi-lingual interface. Facilities included: (1) Ayder Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, Mekelle (2) Mekelle Hospital,(3) Axum Comprehensive Specialized Hospital, and(4) St. Mary Hospital, AxumThis research paper is under consideration at Discover Public Health journal (Electronic ISSN: 3005-0774).
