Developing climate-adaptative crop decision-making frameworks for smallholders in Senegal: an in-silico approach (under review). Simulations.csv file contains: Site: Corresponds to the name of the nearest city Year: Is the year of planting. Cultivar: Is the genotype employed. PlantDate, is the planting date. N: is the N doses expressed as kg of urea per hectare. PlanDensity: is the plant density expressed as plants per m2. Yield: is the grain yield expressed as kg per hectare. Crop: is one of Millet, Sorghum, Peanut or Mungbean. meanT: is the mean temperature of the year. rain: is the cumulative rain of the year. Warming: is the factor in which the daily mean temperature was affected in the simulations: You have to split this value by 10 to have the correct value. E.g. if there was an increase of 2.5oC, this column will say 25. The rest of the files contain observed data employed in the calibration and validation of the model. More details are provided in the protocol file. Lastly, the soil analysis characterizing each site are also provided.
