The Diaspora Return & Restoration Program (DRRP) is a voluntary, federally supported initiative designed to help African-descended Americans permanently relocate to Africa with full financial and logistical support. Participants receive reparations-based grants, housing and business start-up assistance, educational and vocational resources, and optional legal support for U.S. citizenship renunciation. Partner nations—including Ghana, Rwanda, Nigeria, and Liberia—offer pathways to residency or citizenship, land allocation, and investment incentives. The program empowers participants to reconnect with their heritage, build wealth, and contribute to Africa’s growth, while promoting Pan-African unity and fostering strong diplomatic and economic ties between the United States and the African continent.
