In recent years, e-commerce has emerged as a popular channel for selling products globally. In Morocco, there is growing interest in using e-commerce to promote and sell locally produced goods. This paper examines the opportunities and challenges of using e-commerce to sell local products in Morocco. We conducted a comprehensive search of academic journals, conference proceedings, books, and literature review to identify relevant studies. Our analysis highlights the potential benefits of e-commerce for promoting local products, including increased market access, lower distribution costs, and improved customer engagement. However, we also identify a number of challenges, including limited e-commerce infrastructure, poor logistics and payment systems, and low levels of digital literacy among producers and consumers. This review concludes with recommendations for cooperatives and small enterprises to overcome these challenges and leverage the opportunities presented by e-commerce to promote local products in Morocco.
