Abstract: The accessibility dataset presents travel time to 50000 cities downloaded from JRC  ISPRA and has been windowed to the E4warning extent for access by project partners. European-scale maps comprise most of the geographical Europe and all the river basins entering the Mediterranean and Black Seas in the Caucasus, Middle East and Northern Africa countries."
