Effect of Free Primary Education and Capitation Grant Policies on School Enrollment in Sub-Saharan Africa: A Meta-Analysis

A systematic review and meta-analysis examining the effect of free primary education, universal primary education, school fee abolition, and capitation grant policies on school enrollment outcomes in Sub-Saharan Africa. Quantitative impact evaluations published 2003–2025 will be synthesized using random-effects meta-analysis.
