Elections and Well-Being in Africa: An Experimental Analysis of Uganda

In this project, we propose to conduct analyses of elections and well-being in Uganda. Elections, we believe, will produce both positive and negative effect on wellbeing, but the latter will dominate since there is a history of serious problems associated with elections there which have become especially pronounced recently.
