COVID19 API was built using the REST architecture and it is designed to fetch data from the NCDC website daily. Data is scraped using a web scrapper from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) website daily, which is warehoused on MS SQL Server provided by Microsoft Azure. The API is developed using ASP.NET Core Web API framework using C# programming language and Visual Studio 2019 as the Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
