Endline Facility Survey

Endline facility data were collected in 2024 from public-sector health facilities in Kisumu County, western Kenya, following implementation of the Community Score Card and Citizen Report Card interventions. Trained data collectors conducted structured facility assessments to document facility characteristics, staffing, availability of family planning methods and related supplies, service readiness, equipment, infrastructure, record systems, supervision, and other aspects of family planning service delivery. These data are intended to assess post-intervention facility readiness and service delivery conditions across Community Score Card, Citizen Report Card, and control facilities. Data were collected on password-protected and encrypted tablets using the SurveyCTO platform. The public-use dataset contains de-identified facility-level records and intervention assignment indicators.
