This dataset contains minutely geomagnetic data from the Entoto magnetometer station (Ethiopia), along with processed outputs used to isolate the Equatorial Electrojet (EEJ) signal and separate magnetospheric contributions. These data were analyzed as part of the study: Nel, A.E. et al., First Results from the Entoto Magnetometer Station: Isolating the Equatorial Electrojet and Storm-Time Responses, Journal Name, 2025. Purpose:The dataset supports research into equatorial current systems, geomagnetic storm effects, and regional space weather modeling. It is made available to foster reproducibility, enable comparative studies, and encourage collaboration in the African geomagnetic community. This work was supported by the National Research Foundation of South Africa (NRF Thuthuka Grant 2022) and SANSA Space Science Division.
