1. STUDY OVERVIEW This study examines whether perceived entrepreneurial behavioural change influences tourist repurchase intention, with satisfaction and trust as parallel mediators. Drawing on Social Exchange Theory, the research positions behavioural adaptation as a customer-evaluated input whose commercial consequences depend on tourists' relational evaluations. Data were collected from 208 repeat customers of hospitality and tourism facilities in the Upper West Region of Ghana using a quantitative cross-sectional survey. The hypothesised model was estimated using PLS-SEM with 10,000 bootstrap subsamples.
