This study examines to what extent the institutional, economic, and cultural context between five African countries (Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, and Uganda) moderate entrepreneurship training effects on entrepreneurial behavior and job creation. We assess the impact of the training using randomized controlled trials with measurements before and after the intervention (short-term impact directly after the training and long-term impact up to 2.75 years later). We collected the raw data in 15 projects between 2009 and 2021.
