eQTL for 71022 DA-derived TNEs

We utilized data from the BrainSeq project to conduct an expression quantitative trait locus (eQTL) analysis of 71022 transcriptional non-coding enhancer (TNE) RNAs derived from dopaminergic neurons. TNE eQTL analysis was performed for European-ancestry population and African-ancestry population, seperately, as well as the combined cohorts. RNA integrity (RIN), age, sex, phenotype, as well as the first 3 principal components (PCs) derived from genome-wide SNP data were used as covariates for eQTL analysis. The uploaded files, of which the filename includes 'ALL', were conducted using combined European- and African- ancestry populations. The files, of which the filename contained 'CAUC', represents European-ancestry population-based eQTL analysis, while the 'AA' represents African-ancestry population based eQTL results.
