This systematic review will synthesize evidence on integrated maternal, newborn, and under-five child nutrition and health intervention packages evaluated in sub-Saharan Africa using routine, programmatic, facility, digital, administrative, monitoring, or health-system data. The review will examine implementation, service-delivery, coverage, quality-of-care, nutrition, data-quality, measurement, equity, and health-system performance outcomes, with implications for evaluating MNCNH innovation impact in Rwanda.
At the time of OSF registration, searches and source-level/cross-source deduplication had been completed. Formal main title/abstract eligibility screening, full-text screening, data extraction, risk-of-bias assessment, and synthesis had not started. The protocol was frozen before eligibility decisions were made on the final master screening library.
