Abstract Women’s entrepreneurship is the pillar of economic expansion in many developing countries and is increasingly recognized as an essential driver of economic growth,productivity, innovation, employment, and economic dynamism. This study aimedto investigate the Determinant factors that affect women’s entrepreneurial Business performance in MSEs in Werabe Town, Ethiopia. This study employed explanatory anddescriptive survey designs using a quantitative research approach. The data were gathered from a survey of 186 registered women-owned MSEs. This study used descriptive statistics and inferential statistical models for data analysis, including correlation, and regression analysis, to look forrelationships between variables.As the regression result, most of the independent variables namely: Entrepreneurial Factors Economic Factors, and Cultural Practices, have a positive and significant effect on Business Performance of Women Entrepreneurs.While, Social factor (with p value of 0.047) have statistically significant effect but it has inverse relationship with Dependent variable. As result of R² 63.2% explains a large proportion of the strong and statistically significant predictor variables to explain the business performance of women’s entrepreneurs. The remaining 36.8% variables may not be included in this study. Therefore, this study recommends that the concerned body should enhance business performance of women’s entrepreneurs;through developing thestrategies onwomen’s access to education and provide significant training to the communities, in order to improve their awareness on gender issues and relatedharmful traditional practices in werabe town MSEs.
