This is a survey data collected in two agro-ecological zones of Ghana under the West Africa Virus Epidemiology Project funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to assess "Farmers’ knowledge, attitudes and practices towards management of cassava pests and diseases in forest transition and Guinea savannah agro-ecological zones of Ghana".
