This Zenodo record provides the data and reproducibility materials supporting the study titled “Fertilizer-Induced Soil Physicochemical Dynamics, Radionuclide Transfer Factors, and Ingestion Dose–Risk in Crops from Benue State, Nigeria.” The archive contains the processed datasets used in the analysis, including radionuclide activity concentrations (dry-weight basis) Physicochemical Parameters, Machine learning codes and derived soil-to-crop transfer factors, alongside computed dietary exposure outputs for okra, maize, and cassava. Ingestion dose–risk metrics include the annual committed effective ingestion dose (IED; mSv y⁻¹) and excess lifetime cancer risk (ELCR; ×10⁻³), calculated using standard radiological protection dose modelling frameworks (UNSCEAR, 2000; ICRP, 2007). Python scripts are provided to reproduce the summary statistics and regenerate the key visualizations (stacked IED contribution plots and the IED heatmap), with a README documenting file structure and software requirements. This deposit enables transparent verification of the ingestion dose and lifetime risk estimates and supports reuse of the workflow in comparable soil–crop radiological assessments.
